Corporate is part of Foot Locker, Inc., a specialty athletic retailer that operates more than 3,500 stores in 23 countries in North America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. Foot Locker, Inc. has a long history of assisting the local communities we are a part of and serve by providing funds, athletic footwear, apparel and/or supplies where they are most needed. The Company supports well-established non-profit organizations, schools and youth centers, sponsoring unique educational and athletic programs that are designed to encourage young people to work hard to reach their full potential. In 2001, the Company established the Foot Locker Foundation, Inc., its charitable arm, to support opportunities to benefit today's youth and help address issues that concern various communities around the world. The Foundation's mission is to promote a better world for young kids by creating, developing, and supporting innovative educational programs and encouraging health and well-being through physical activity.
Each year, the Foundation has successfully united the athletic industry by hosting its "On Our Feet" fundraising gala, the proceeds of which have benefitted several worthy organizations including the Twin Towers Fund, United Way, Reading is Fundamental and the United Negro College Fund. In addition, in 2011, the Foot Locker Foundation launched its very first scholarship program – The Foot Locker Scholar Athletes Program – which reflects our Company's core values and embraces our deep commitment to education and excellence. Each year, The Foot Locker Scholar Athletes Program offers 20 college scholarships to 20 outstanding student athletes (totaling $400,000) who demonstrate academic excellence and exemplify strong leadership skills both in sports and within their communities.
Beyond the Company's philanthropic endeavors, Foot Locker, Inc. has a veritable army of associates spread across the globe who individually and often collectively volunteer their personal time and resources to support a widely diverse set of community efforts, including: local after-school programs, the Special Olympics, coaching youth teams, Habitat for Humanity, The Salvation Army, Ronald McDonald House, Make a Wish Foundation, and many, many more. In 2013, we estimate that more than 33,000 volunteer hours were completed by employees around the world. Our Company supports these initiatives in a variety of ways, including providing our associates a Community Personal Day, which gives each associate an additional opportunity to serve the causes that they care most deeply about.

Where is the tie in to the corporate culture and opportunities that support the stores. There is no mention of the different corporate sites, locations, functions, very core value driven. Maybe this is the intention.
